We want your Eat Edibles snacks to reach you fresh and fast. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
4.1 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
4.2 Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote or difficult-to-access areas: 7–10 business days
These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
4.3 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value — check our website for current offers.
4.4 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your delivery on the courier partner's website.
4.5 Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If the package is undelivered after 2 attempts due to the recipient being unavailable or an incorrect address, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
4.6 Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document it with photos and contact us at support@eatedibles.in within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
4.7 Areas We Ship To
We currently ship across India. We do not ship internationally at this time.
4.8 Delay Disclaimer
Eat Edibles is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
