At Eat Edibles, we take pride in the quality of our freeze-dried snacks. Every order is prepared with care, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Here's what you need to know.
1.1 Our Commitment to Quality
All Eat Edibles products are made from 100% real fruits with no added sugar, preservatives, or artificial ingredients. We quality-check every batch before it leaves our facility.
1.2 Eligible for Return / Refund
You may request a return or refund if:
- The product arrived damaged or crushed
- The product is expired or shows signs of spoilage upon arrival
- You received the wrong product or an incomplete order
- The product's seal was broken or tampered with upon delivery
1.3 Not Eligible for Return / Refund
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind or personal taste preference
- Products that have been opened and partially consumed
- Incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout
- Damage caused after delivery (due to improper storage)
- Orders placed during a sale or using a discount code (unless the product is defective)
1.4 How to Request a Refund
If your order qualifies for a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@eatedibles.in within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
- Attach clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product
We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
1.5 Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
1.6 Replacements
In some cases, we may offer a replacement order instead of a refund, at our discretion and subject to product availability.
1.7 Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by writing to us at support@eatedibles.in. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
